Diane Sears is the associate editor at International Accounts Payable Professionals, where she is responsible for producing AR Matters magazine. She is also founder and president of DiVerse Media LLC, which helps clients in North America write, publish and market nonfiction books. She is the author of Tapping Your Inner Entrepreneur: Making the Move from Employee to Business Owner, published in 2005 by the National Association of Women Business Owners. A career journalist, Sears has written for business and special-interest magazines including Florida Trend, Business Florida, Internal Auditor and UF Today. She previously served as the workplace reporter for the Orlando Sentinel newspaper and founding editor-in-chief of Venture Woman, a national magazine for women business owners.
